At the Flip the Box® Retreat, you’ll step into a small, supportive circle (no more than 15 women) designed for deep connection, inspiration, and personal transformation.

A transformational leadership retreat for women ready for what's next.

While most retreats take you away,
this one brings you home.

The Flip the Box® Retreat is designed for accomplished women navigating change in their life or career who are ready to reconnect with themselves, lead with greater clarity, and build meaningful community.

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming back to yourself with clarity and intention.

You may arrive as someone who:
  • Is capable, successful, and holding a lot together
  • Feels something shifting but hasn't had space to pause
  • Is leading others while quietly craving clarity for herself
  • Has been "handling it" for along time

You will leave as someone who:
  • Feels grounded, clear, and more at ease in herself
  • Trusts what's next and has language for it
  • Leads with confidence and alignment, not pressure
  • Feels genuinely connected - to herself and others

Testimonials

This retreat was a truly rejuvenating experience that allowed me to reconnect with myself in a meaningful way.

- Connie Rabb

Tasha were especially powerful—both deeply calming and restorative. I left feeling more grounded, balanced, and refreshed than I have in a long time. The supportive atmosphere and thoughtful facilitation made it an experience I would highly recommend to others.

I truly enjoyed my experience at the retreat.

- Carrie Jareed, business owner

The pacing was thoughtfully designed, and I especially appreciated that the sessions were not back-to-back. The space to rest and reflect in between made a meaningful difference and allowed me to fully integrate each experience. I also loved the variety of sessions. The combination of your facilitation along with the guest experts created a well-rounded and enriching experience.

There were so many divine moments that were experienced by me and the group. I learned so much.

- Ronda Prentice

The group and individual exercises were moving and powerful. I shed a lot of tears; the good kind. I felt safe, cared for and well taken care of throughout the retreat. Shari thought of everything! I bonded with some amazing women and am so grateful for the time we shared. I will definitely attend another retreat in the future.

How many people attend?

Attendance is intentionally limited to a small group to ensure depth and quality.

The Flip the Box® Retreat is intentionally designed to meet you where you are and guide you, step by step, toward clarity, alignment, and connection. The flow of the weekend follows a human centered, science informed approach that honors how real change actually happens—not through pressure or performance, but through safety, self-awareness, and integration.

Retreat Agenda

The retreat closes with intentional integration. Reflection, community commitments, and the closing circle ensure insights are anchored rather than left behind. Participants leave not overwhelmed, but grounded - with clarity, connection, and personalized next steps that can be carried into daily life.

Day Three: Integration & Closure

We begin with connection to self because sustainable change starts internally. The opening container, meditation, and movement practices help regulate the nervous system and create psychological safety. Science-based assessments are introduced with ample space for reflection, discussion, and real-world application. Rather than labeling or diagnosing, these tools offer insight into patterns, energy, and strengths, allowing each participant to create bespoke takeaways that are relevant to her life and leadership.

Day One: Connection to Self

Once self-awareness is established, we expand outward into career, leadership, and community. Visioning and business strategy sessions are grounded in values and lived experience, ensuring plans are practical, aligned, and sustainable. Community practices deepen trust and connection, reinforcing the understanding that leadership is relational. The photography and creative work are not about performance, but about intentionally marking this chapter and how you see yourself moving forward.
